PJQ Pest control 30 years. CRRU logo.

The only Wildlife Aware CRRU accredited company in North Wales - Humanely controlling pests and vermin for over 30 years

All across North Wales and The Wirral

PJQ Services is one of longest established and knowledgeable pest control companies in the area. We are the only Wildlife Aware Accredited company in North Wales and The Wirral.

CRRU logo.

Insect and animal pests cause damage, nuisance and spread disease.

We specialise in their removal quickly and quietly, without fuss. Rightly, there are now stringent regulations regarding the prevention of cruelty (even to pests) and the use of rodenticides and pesticides that may damage the wider environment.

PJQ is certified in the use of controlled rodenticides and pesticides and our technicians fully qualified to BPCA* standards and up to date with the new CRUU and Stewardship guidelines † (see our qualifications below).

We also adhere to the FARM ASSURED Red Tractor Code of Practice.

Before we take action a thorough risk assessment is made to ensure the best course is taken. For example rodent control can be carried out by various methods without the use of poisons and blocked drains can be caused by a number of factors: damaged pipework, root ingress, rodent damage or subsidence.

Our operatives are trained to establish the most appropriate and cost-efficient solutions.

We look at every option and advise on the best course of action

For example, controlling bird nuisance, the strategies available include the use of netting, nest clearing, trapping or egg replacement.

Blocked drains can be caused by a number of factors including rodent damage or tree root ingress. Repair, rodding or water jetting are the primary options.
